End of the Day: Albert Twells rink picking up a six when 12 shots to 10 down to turn the match
in Group 1's Favour. This was followed by a good three on Dave Comerford's rink 30 seconds later and 
put Group 1 in the driving seat.

The final will be played on Sunday 4th August 2024 10.00am at Essex County Bowling Club (Southend).

Sadly, it was not to be - Group 8 won by 16 shots in the final to take the trophy - well done to
all players and supporters who followed our team and we will re-group for another attempt next season.
